As of 1 April 2022, Green pass is no longer required to access the museum.
Online booking is strongly recommended in order to allow regulation of visitor access and in the interests of safety.
Online booking is the only means of guaranteeing entry to the Museum. It also allows you to choose the desired date and time slot. Reservations are available at 30-minute intervals from 9.00am onwards.
A residual amount of last-minute tickets is available every day on which the Museum is open. They can be purchased at the ticket office while stocks last.
Online booking is compulsory for groups of 10 persons or more, and last-minute tickets for groups are not available at the ticket office.
Online tickets become available one month in advance.
Your ticket provides access upon presentation at the entrance to the Sansevero Chapel; there is no need to go to the ticket office.
Bookings are valid up to 15 minutes after the chosen time as indicated on the ticket. Under no circumstances may tickets be used on a date different from the one selected.
Pay for your online purchases by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Once online purchases have been completed, they cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. Tickets purchased online and booking fees are non-refundable (Art. 59, section N, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, or “Consumer Code”).
