As of 1 April 2022, the European Covid certificate is no longer required to access the museum.
In order to safeguard the artistic heritage of the Sansevero Chapel and to make sure all visitors can enjoy a safe and pleasant visit, daily admissions to the Museum are limited.
We strongly recommend you book your visit online.
Online booking is the only means of guaranteeing entry to the Museum. It also allows you to choose the desired date and time slot. Reservations are available at 30-minute intervals from 9.00am onwards.
A number of last-minute tickets for groups of up to 9 people are available every day the Museum opens. They can be purchased at the ticket office until sold out. Last-minute tickets are available in very limited numbers and are distributed over various time slots for visits. They are sold according to a slot-by-slot system. At the time of purchase, visitors will be assigned a time slot for the day of their visit.
Online booking is compulsory for groups of 10 persons or more, and last-minute tickets for groups are not available at the ticket office.
Online tickets become available one month in advance.
Just show your ticket at the entrance to the Sansevero Chapel; there is no need to go to the ticket office.
Bookings are valid up to 15 minutes after the chosen time as indicated on the ticket. Under no circumstances may tickets be used on a date different from the one selected.
Pay for your online purchases by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Once online purchases have been completed, they cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. Tickets purchased online and booking fees are non-refundable (Art. 59, section N, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, or “Consumer Code”).
