Temporary Relocation of the Ticket Office | 4 February 2026
The ticket office will be temporarily relocated to Via Raimondo di Sangro 12, just a few steps from the entrance of the Sansevero Chapel.
We inform our kind visitors that starting from Wednesday, 4 February 2026, the Museum ticket office will be temporarily moved to Via Raimondo di Sangro 12, in order to allow renovation works in its current premises (Via Francesco De Sanctis 19).
Opening hours to the public will of course remain unchanged: every day from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (last admission 30 minutes before closing). The calendar of special openings can be consulted on our website, on the Opening Hours and Fees page.
We would also like to remind visitors that restrooms are available at the ticket office, where it is also possible to receive information and assistance from our reception staff.
To visit the Museum, online booking is mandatory and must be completed through our official website on the Online Tickets page. Online tickets are made available 60 days in advance.
For small groups of up to a maximum of 9 people, tickets may also be purchased directly at the ticket office for the same day and for the following 7 days, subject to remaining availability.
For this reason, it is always recommended to book tickets online in advance in order to ensure entry to the Museum.
